If I switch from a SIM card to an eSIM, can I use 5G services?
Yes, you can. In addition, network conditions such as 4G/5G may vary depending on the country or region, so please check the product page for details. (This is based on the assumption that your smartphone or device supports 5G)
What should I do if I purchase a new device?
The profile you are currently using cannot be used, so please purchase it again.
Can I use tethering (internet sharing)?
Yes, it is available. Please enable the tethering function from your device settings when using it.
Can I use phone calls and SMS?
Our eSIM is for data communication only. You cannot use regular phone calls or SMS with a phone number. However, you can make calls using VoIP apps such as LINE or Skype.
Can I create an account?
An account is created when you purchase a data plan through our website or other channels. (You cannot create an account without purchasing a service.)
Are there any additional costs besides the data plan fee?
There are no additional costs. Also, all data plans are prepaid, so there are no maintenance fees or fixed charges.
If I travel abroad frequently, can I purchase and use a plan each time?
Yes, of course. Our eSIM data service is fully prepaid, so you can purchase a new data plan through the app each time you travel. There are no charges during periods when you are not using it.
Can I get a receipt?
If you contact us through this website, we will reply as soon as your purchase is confirmed (within a maximum of 3 business days).

What is the difference between a SIM card and an eSIM?
A SIM card is a chip-type IC card that stores the user’s subscription information and is used by inserting it into an iPhone or smartphone. An eSIM is a SIM that is embedded in a device such as a smartphone. You can use it by downloading an eSIM profile that contains your subscription information.
Can I switch an eSIM to a physical SIM card?
You cannot switch an eSIM to a physical SIM card.
Can the QR code for downloading the eSIM profile be used multiple times?
The profile can only be downloaded once. Please be careful not to download it on the wrong device.
If you delete a profile that has already been downloaded, the service will immediately become unavailable, so please be careful not to delete it by mistake.
If I accidentally delete my eSIM, can I request a reissue?
If you accidentally delete your eSIM or lose or damage your device, you cannot request a reissue of the eSIM due to the prepaid nature of the product.
When does the eSIM data plan I purchased start?
Once you set it up after purchase, you can start using it immediately. The plan’s validity period begins when the first data connection is made in a supported country. Please activate the plan within 30 days of receiving the QR code.
Can I install the same QR code on multiple devices?
Since it is linked to an individual eSIM number, it can only be used once. Therefore, it cannot be used on multiple devices.
About Settings/Data Communication
Is any preparation required when subscribing to an eSIM?
No special preparation is required. However, you may be asked to use a credit card or provide identification if necessary. Please understand this in advance.
Can I change the data capacity of my plan?
Since the plan is prepaid, you cannot change it midway. Please purchase an additional plan after using up your current data.
What is APN settings?
APN stands for「Access Point Name」, which is a setting used on Android devices. This setting allows your mobile network to connect to other networks. On iPhones, this setting is generally not required.
What is the speed of the data connection?
The connection speed is “best effort” and may vary depending on local network conditions. Please consider it as an average general speed. Depending on the region or country, 3G to 5G frequencies may be available.
Where can I check my remaining data and plan validity?
Can I purchase additional data?
