This service is a prepaid wireless data communication service provided in business partnership with In Plus Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "In Plus") and is sold in Japan and overseas by Front Up Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") (hereinafter referred to as "this Service"). In Plus is responsible for wireless data communication services, billing and activation procedures, and the selection of overseas roaming providers, while the Company is responsible for sales in Japan and overseas and for acting as a sales agent.

As the Company manages and operates personal information protection (privacy policy) for this Service in Japan and overseas, we will inform you about our initiatives.

The Company considers the protection of personal information of customers and our employees to be our social responsibility. The Company will strive to understand external factors regarding the acquisition, use, storage, provision, deletion, and disposal of personal information, and will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, guidelines for the economic and industrial fields regarding the said Act, and other related laws and regulations. ◆ Entrustment of Personal Information

The Company may entrust all or part of the handling of personal information to a person other than the Company or provide personal information to a third party within the scope of the method of using personal information. Regarding personal data held by the Company, if you wish to suspend the use or erase your information and it falls under any of the following items, we will confirm that the person making the request is the person themselves and, as a general rule, will suspend the use or erase the information to the extent necessary to prevent the infringement of the rights and interests of the person. However, in some cases, we may not be able to comply with the request to suspend use or erase the information based on the law, or we may replace it with the implementation of alternative measures recognized by law. Please note that if all or part of the personal data is suspended from use or erased, we may unfortunately not be able to provide the service as requested.
