Refund policy

■ Cancellation Policy

As a general rule, cancellation is not possible after applying for an eSIM or SIM card change/reissuance (changes/reissuance of eSIM or SIM cards are not possible for prepaid services).

However, it may be possible in the following cases:

If the Company has not contacted you via email regarding the data plan or data charge after payment is completed.

In this case, you must contact the Company in writing, providing your name, email address, and order number.

If the Company approves the cancellation request and a full or partial refund of the payment amount is involved, the Company will process the necessary refund within 30 days from the date the cancellation request was received in writing.

The contract usage device is limited, and due to the nature of the product, cancellation is not possible even before use if the device is not a compatible one.

It is not possible to cancel the contract before the minimum usage period (the contract period from the start date of use).

■ Refund Policy

The Company will provide a refund if it is confirmed that the device used is a SIM-free device, and after providing maximum support for connection, a third party determines that the inability to connect is due to a fault on the Company's part.

A refund will also be issued if the content falls under the cancellation policy described above.

The Company will not provide any refunds for data plans or data charges that have already been used, except in cases caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.
