How to Set Up on iOS Devices
Note: A Wi-Fi connection is required for setup.

Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM

Use QR Code > Scan the QR Code

Turn on eSIM > Select the eSIM as the default line for mobile data

Select the newly installed eSIM plan > Turn on the eSIM line > Turn on Data Roaming
How to Set Up on Android Devices

Settings > Network and Internet > Tap “+” > Select Add eSIM

Scan the QR Code

Turn on eSIM and Mobile Data
↓APN Settings↓
1) Open the Settings app.
2) Tap “Network and Internet.”
3) Tap “SIM.”
4) Select the SIM card you want to use.
5) Tap “Access Point Names.”
6) Tap the “+” icon.
Enter the following information:
Name: Enter any name.
APN: Enter the APN information provided by our company.
7) Tap “Save.”
1) Open the Settings app. 2) Tap “Network and Internet.” 3) Tap “SIM.” 4) Select the SIM card you want to use. 5) Tap “Access Point Names.” 6) Tap the “+” icon. Enter the following information: Name: Enter any name. APN: Enter the APN information provided by our company. 7) Tap “Save.”

Turn on Data Roaming
Wait until the device connects to the Internet
