・Due to the nature of the product, cancellation, refund, or changes are not possible.
・One day is counted as 24 hours. (Example: If you purchase a 3-day plan and activate it at 10:00 on 9/1, it will be valid until 09:59 on 9/4.)
・Once the validity period expires, the eSIM cannot be reissued. Cancellation, refund, or changes are not possible under any circumstances.
・Before purchase, please ensure that your device is compatible with eSIM. We cannot process refund or cancellation requests even if your device does not support eSIM.
・The eSIM QR code can only be scanned once. After setup, please be careful not to delete the eSIM profile.
・To end eSIM usage, please go to “Delete Mobile Data Plan” in your device settings.
・If you cannot connect to the internet after setup, please follow the eSIM connection instructions above and check your device settings.
・Before using the eSIM, please delete any old VPN configuration profiles from your device.
